Parts & Prices for Motorcycle Dealers

Parts files are available to franchised dealers for most of the major manufacturers, as well as those from many 3rd party parts and accessories suppliers.

Pre-converted parts files for use with Platinum systems are available for the manufacturers below to give you the most accurate parts and price information as it becomes available. These can be pre-installed on your Platinum System so you can be up and running with the latest prices at your fingertips.

Both manufacturer and third party price files are free of charge when installed with a new system although you must be a registered dealer/franchise for the products concerned.

All price files supplied are provided on the basis that Catalyst will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information contained is accurate and up to date. The information contained in the files is however beyond the control of Catalyst, we are ultimately dependent on third party companies to provide accurate and timely information. Sadly mistakes & oversights do occur in other companies which are beyond our control. It is thus essential for companies receiving these files to check for themselves that the information contained is both accurate and up to date. Catalyst cannot accept any liability for information supplied "in good faith". If any discrepancies are found please notify Catalyst immediately so that the problem can be investigated in a timely fashion.

Manufacturers Parts/Prices

Updates to already installed files are charged at £50 or you can subscribe to a parts file for a year (£100) and receive all updates to that file for the subscribed period.

• Once subscribed to a parts file your copy of Platinum Software will download and install the update from our updates server automatically keeping your parts & prices up to date.

Third Party Parts/Prices

As third party supplier parts files tend to be much smaller than manufacturer files they are charged on a reduced basis. Updates to already installed files are charged at £35 or you can subscribe to a parts file for a year (£70) and receive all updates to that file for the subscribed period.

• Once subscribed to a parts file your copy of Platinum Software will download and install the update from our updates server automatically keeping your parts & prices up to date.
• Any of the files below in the "Bundled" file is available on it's own.

Bundled Third Party Parts/Prices

The third party supplier parts files listed below can be subscribed to for one year (£135).

• Some of the distributors in the above bundled parts file only provide cost or retail prices. A _[r] indicates that only retail prices are supplied and _[c] indicates that only cost pricing are supplied.
• [*] Indicates that this file will be added to this bundled parts file soon.
• Once subscribed to a parts file your copy of Platinum Software will download and install the update from our updates server automatically keeping your parts & prices up to date.

The following companies make their information available in a consistent format to be imported by users of our data import module. Files supplied in this way direct to the dealer incur no charge from Catalyst other than a small one-off initial set up fee, only if Catalyst need to be involved. Please ask your supplier representatives about this option - it's free because we do not have to get involved.

Chargeable for Data Import

The following companies supply information in a format which requires manual manipulation of the information to put it into a consistent format suitable for data import. In some instances, they may only supply you directly with the file. We make a £35 charge for each issue of these files to recoup some of the costs of manipulating the information each time the file is issued.

Not Listed Above?

It's a constantly changing world, new companies start, new ranges enter the market. If you would like a parts and price file for a manufacturer not listed, we can approach them on your behalf. Simply call Catalyst, provide us with the contact details and we will attempt to obtain the file on your behalf. We cannot of course guarantee success, it's hard to believe but even now not all suppliers are capable of providing this information in a standard electronic format.
