Your Support Options
Here at Catalyst we take the support of our Software and the Hardware it runs on very seriously and have a team of support staff covering both areas.
Throughout the business day our software and hardware hotlines are permanently staffed. No "Sorry but our support staff are out at lunch at the moment" here. If all the support lines are busy your call will be logged into our computer system and you will be given a call log number. You will then be contacted as soon as possible regarding your call.

Software Support
In support of our Software we have a support department whose twin roles are to provide telephone advice and support and also to train our clients.
- A feature of all the systems we sell is that hot-line telephone support is always included at no extra cost.
- We always recommend the amount of training that we feel to be appropriate for each system
- Training sessions may either be taken on site at your own premises or at Catalyst's Mountsorrel base.

Hardware Support
Hardware can be sold with either on-site or return to base warranty. When you contact the IT services department with your problem you should have the Catalyst Sequence Number of the hardware to hand. This can be found on a small white label attached to the back of the hardware item. If you have on site warranty an engineer will be with you shortly after your fault report to fix the problem.

Weekend Hotline Cover
Should you require support at the weekend when the office hotline is shut you could phone our Weekend Hotline Cover cover on 0781 804 4086.
Please note: This service is not covered by our normal maintenance cover and is charged on a call by call basis.
On-Line Platinum Knowledge Base
Our software Knowledge Base is an on-line solution centre for information about our Platinum software including troubleshooting steps, solutions to common issues, frequently asked questions, tips, tutorials and how-tos.
Our support team continually update this Knowledge Base with solutions to resolved problems for our customers.

On-Line Support Forums
If you have a current maintenance contract for your Platinum Software why not register on our support forums on-line at www.catalyst-uk-support.com. It's free and is checked on a regular basis by our Support and Development Staff.
