Recently I’ve had to contact your support more often than I would normally due to a specific programme I’d requested – you may remember being involved in setting it up. Your team have been fantastic, from the lovely lady who more often than not is my first point of contact (I’m ashamed to say I know her well but never asked her name) to Rob who is also extremely helpful and you can always rely on to call you back. This morning we had a problem and were locked out of Platinum and fortunately I had Nathan’s number as he’s been very involved in getting the report to run as we need it to, and texted him for some urgent assistance..
I must say he knows his stuff and he happily offered to jump in and fix the issue for us and get us up and running – fantastic service and to me it doesn’t matter what caused the issue (we know what it was) but I felt you should know that these guys are doing your business proud.
Top marks to them and specifically Nathan who I find is a busy guy but will always try his best to please.
