Now you can learn about Platinum in individual hourly sessions. Using a combination of the internet, telephone and specialised software, we can now provide one to one online training in the use of Platinum software.
This new method of learning is available for all levels of experience, from basic knowledge for new members of staff, to advanced features to complement the knowledge of already experienced users.
Our dedicated Software Support Team are on hand and available to everyone with a current maintenance contract for their copy of Platinum Software.
Catalyst Remote Support allows us to securely dial on to your PC allowing our support team to see what is on your screen, giving you direct access to help quickly, and efficiently answer any questions you have or solve any problems.
If you’d like onsite, personal training, we can travel to your site to deliver a hands-on personal service to you and your staff.
We’ll be there for you when you encounter any issues or questions, and we also provide you with a variety of resources to help you utilize the software to its fullest potential.
Master Training Courses
In order to get the most from any computer system it is essential to gain skills in the use of the software. Catalyst Master Classes are the most cost-effective method of learning these skills. Our fully equipped in house training room forms an ideal learning environment. It is fitted out with state-of-the-art computer and display equipment. The training day is split into various formats for different training courses. Demand for the courses is high so early booking is advisable.

Emergency Out of Hours
For emergency support outside of our usual working times, we offer a chargeable service allowing you to receive the help you need. Please email details including the nature of the problem, the equipment involved, and details of how to contact the staff involved to us at, email@example.com.
