Remote Learning
Now you can learn about Platinum in individual hourly sessions. Using a combination of the internet, telephone and specialised software, we can now provide one to one online training in the use of Platinum software.
This new method of learning is available for all levels of experience, from basic knowledge for new members of staff, to advanced features to complement the knowledge of already experienced users.
Remote Support
Our dedicated Software Support Team are on hand and available to everyone with a current maintenance contract for their copy of Platinum Software.
Catalyst Remote Support allows us to securely dial on to your PC allowing our support team to see what is on your screen, giving you direct access to help quickly, and efficiently answer any questions you have or solve any problems.
Our Support opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas.
Onsite Training
If you’d like onsite, personal training, we can travel to your site to deliver a hands-on personal service to you and your staff.
We’ll be there for you when you encounter any issues or questions, and we also provide you with a variety of resources to help you utilize the software to its fullest potential.
