This integration enables dealers to upload service records for Yamaha units directly to Yamaha’s DSR system via Platinum, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements and providing customers with a complete digital service history. Guided Hours and Yamaha Vehicle Documentation
We’re currently looking at introducing Yamaha guided hours for selected service intervals, as well as warranty and campaign work. Within Platinum, this will allow the system to automatically total and display the combined labour hours against the “scheduled hours” based on the services selected, giving dealers a clearer and more accurate view of expected job duration.
In addition, we’re planning to bring across Yamaha vehicle documentation. This will be provided either as a PDF or a web-based document, depending on the vehicle’s year, and will generate a structured checklist of required tasks. This will help ensure consistency in workshop processes and make it easier for technicians to follow manufacturer guidance.
