Interview Summary

Des Boyd focused on the importance of looking broader for where we source products, especially online. It’s important to investigate clearly where changes in the business can be made to make you more efficient and scalable.

James Buchanan shared the importance of having a specific focus on the end user, making sure that your target market is identified. Ensuring that you drive your process to deliver the best service you can for your customers will help you grow your business.

Tim Mueller simply stated the importance of continuing to do what we currently are, which will result in success in the end.

Pawel Tomczak urges dealers to diversify, stay agile, and add value to customers. Continuously looking for new ways to improve and add value to customers will help cope and prepare for any new challenges in the coming year.

Simon Chadbone highlights the importance of looking on the positive side and continuing to look for new opportunities. There is always someone that is interested so it’s about being proactive and seeking them out.
