We use the whole Platinum system including payroll amongst other things. We have been running 13 months on the system now and it has been a very good learning curve, we are finding our management accounts are so much easier to produce and reporting in general far superior in our opinion than previous systems used, in fact our P & L comes straight out of Platinum in the format we have always presented at a push of a button. The one thing we have found that is fantastic is the backup service they provide us when we need support, they are very approachable and extremely helpful - one thing in our opinion we found a previous system failing on constantly.

One section of the software that we haven’t utilised as yet but we are working on with a 3rd party is the ability to upload your stock, both parts and wholegoods automatically to an ecommerce site which will help us save time and keep stock up to date almost instantaneously on our soon to be new website.
