Since we started using Platinum in 1996, you have updated and made changes to the software to suit our business. You have taken on board what we want to be able to achieve from the software and come out to make it so for us, spending hours making the changes and training those who need the training when necessary.

Your staff have made the software accessible from many computers and have set up other devices to the software for us to access from different computers. Whether we use the computer connected to the software or not, you have made it accessible for us to use that device from any computer.

Having such a large amount of stock within our business, all the data is stored in one place and kept organised, making it simple to access. We have stocks lists which are printable for those who wish to see all the stock we have within certain categories.

Since purchasing the label printer from you we are able to receive and check off all our goods in, in one easy step, and have all our stock locations printed on each label so none of our goods end up on the wrong shelf. Also they work with a bar code scanner you sold to us, so that part numbers are not incorrectly typed.

The work shop management module is user friendly and extremely clear to see how busy the workshop is or has been. You can even print a report to check how many hours you are booking out each week.

Your staff are extremely helpful when we have issues and sort the problems out within moments. The knowledge and helpfulness of your staff is something to be proud of.
