As a user of our software you are probably entitled to update it to the latest version at any time, the only proviso being that the software is covered by current software maintenance. To have current maintenance, the software should be within it’s original cover period from sale (usually a year), under maintenance contract or under a rental agreement.

It is now possible to upload your vehicles to eBay Motors Pro with the "Best Offer" feature enabled. The "Best Offer" feature allows you to accept offers from buyers on fixed price items you sell on eBay, giving them a chance to negotiate with you.
As well as searching for individual items to stock check, you can now gather a list of 10 random stock items to stock check by clicking on the [Lucky Dip] button in the "Stock Check" option.
Stock items are now sorted by location so that stock checks require the least possible leg work and can be completed quickly and efficiently.
You can now configure the system to show informative text when a particular stock code, and/or stock belonging to a particular stock group, are sold. This will be of use for warning of age or otherwise restricted products, pre-requisites for a product to function correctly, or any other information you can think of that staff might need to be reminded of.
This information can be entered on a new "Alert text" tab in "Stock Properties" and "Stock Group Properties"; and reported on using parameters to "Stock Control" "Report Generator" variable 'S48'.
The date a "Vehicle Sales" order is originally raised is now recorded and carried through to invoice time, then stamped on the vehicle, so you can trace the start of the sale process if required.
The date is available in the "Report Generator" by adding a parameter to the following "Vehicle Sales" variables.
The sale date and salesperson for a vehicle if required to be printed on a "Workshop Management" jobcard or invoice were only available once the vehicle had been invoiced through the "Vehicle Sales". Where a sales order for the vehicle exists, information from there will be used if the invoice has not yet been raised.
For users who have both "Vehicle Sales" and "Workshop Management" installed it is possible to automatically create workshop jobs when a vehicle is sold.
This feature is now disabled for the sale of caravan accessories.
In order to provide more useful information to those searching for a vehicle, the following have all been added to the list while searching for a vehicle.
A [No Sale] button has been provided at Point of Sale to open the cash drawer.
For security reasons a print of user, date and time is produced as the cash drawer is opened and a log of these details stored.
The feature works on modern silent receipt printers. Older dot matrix style printers (noisy) do not support this feature.
The "Transation Properties" has been given the windows look and feel.
