As a user of our software you are probably entitled to update it to the latest version at any time, the only proviso being that the software is covered by current software maintenance. To have current maintenance, the software should be within it’s original cover period from sale (usually a year), under maintenance contract or under a rental agreement.

It is now possible to edit the main job of a leg you have highlighted on the "Job Planning" screen.
Security has been added to prevent the misuse of the feature to set a job as invoiced or to remove an invoice from the job.
Items on the following property screens are now highlighted if they are mandatory.
A new option, "Vehicle Handovers", has been added to the "Vehicle Sales" main menu. This new option allows you to create appointments for members of staff to hand sold vehicles over to the buyer.
You can set up criteria for vehicles which must be fulfilled before a vehicle is considered "ready for handover".
You must also have the "Personnel Planning" module installed to benefit from this feature.
It is now possible to import your electronic bank statement into the "Bank Reconciliation".
Where it is possible, imported transactions are automatically matched to their counterparts in Platinum, saving you time.
The layout of your ads sent to be listed on eBay Motors Pro can now be configured. The Title, Sub Title and main Description body can all be amended to include the details from your vehicles that you want, in the form that you want them.
You can create separate layouts for different vehicle types (cars, motorcycles, etc.) or different sites/locations or a combination of both.
Finally, if you have your own eBay shop on which your eBay Motors Pro ads are also placed, then you can specify which shop category your listings should be published. Again, this can be configured separately for different vehicle types and/or sites.

If you have a multi-company organisation in Platinum it is now possible to combine the eBay Motors Pro ads from all companies into a single listing to one eBay Motors Pro account.

For vehicles with an "In Stock" status, the number of days in stock is now shown in an additional column in the vehicle search.
New vehicles also have their payment due and early settlement dates shown.
The vehicle description has now been expanded to 4 lines of up to 40 characters each. All relevant report generator and data import variables, as well as configurable document tokens, have had parameters added to allow you to access the additional information.
You can now import General Notes to a Transaction; and also specify the Document Index in order to update the Analysis codes, Description, or General Notes for a specific existing Transaction.
The "Workshop Job Properties" window has been made stretchable allowing you to view more items on the "Invoice Items", "Estimate Items" and "Description" tabs.
You can now specify the transaction "Site" in "Sales Ledger" Postings.
You can now set a quantity of an item to sell by using the "Multi" button or the Shift+F5 function key. This allows you to set the quanity without resorting to using the keyboard.
